PROCECO ltd., Montreal , Canada was established in 1975.t specializes in the design and manufacturing of water-based parts cleaning machines. A sister company PROCECO Inc. was established in 1993 in Jacksonville, Florida. A team of 20 experienced and imaginative Engeneers and Designers design PROCECO washers. PROCECO's operation in Montreal is certified under ISO 9001 standerds (Cert. No. 167-0264-18, Nov 30, 1995). All thewelders are certified to CWB w59 equavalent to AWS D1.1 standards.

Servel and PROCECO Limited, Montreal, Canada, came into a tie-up for technical collaboration in 1986 and are the sole representative for the Indian Subcontinent, including Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal etc. Serval comission and services all equipment and machines of PROCECO which are supplied to India and the neighbouring countries, through the engeneers who are trained at PROCECO, Canada. In addition to this , Servel also worked with bodies like COFMOW, RITES & IRCON to realize globle trends of their sites. We have been instrumental in sale, servicing and comissioning of PROCECO's equipment not only to Railways in India, but also to Iraqui Railways, Saudi Railways Corporation and Pakistan Railways.

Our Engeneering department designs in Metric as well as imperial system and our machines are designed and built to meet OSHA and NEMA as well as CE and other international electrical and safety standards.

1. Proceco's exclusive seal-less single stage centrifugal pumps recirculate high volum of cleaning solutions- 100 to 1,000 USGPM(380 to 3800 liters per minute)

2. Operating pressure range from 15b to 400 PSI (1 to 25 bar)

3. Electric, steam or gas heated systems provide operating temperatures from ambient to 250"F (120"c)

4. Various kinds of cleaning chemicals may be used - alkali, netural or acidic - at various concentrations.

5. Automatic solution maintenance including automatic chemical make-up, automatic sludge, oil and grease removel, chip baskets, ,filtration and ultra-filtration systems.
